2018 All City Championships - W/T/F Riders Receive Free Entry
Our Brand Manager Jeff (that's me) is once more organizing the brand's namesake bike party weekend through his Bike Jerks imprint, the All City Championships.
To further our goals of helping to build a more inclusive cycling community, for our sponsorship this year we have once again committed to paying the entry fees for all women / trans / femme riders. So if you're thinking you'd like to join in, please do, the good times are on us.
All events will have Open and W/T/F categories, equal prizes, and a heavy community vibe.
This year the big news is that the Friday event will be Tracklocross Nationals, the culmination of a nationwide series of fixed gear only bandit cross style events. As MPLS sits in the middle of the country, and our community has lots of experience with the outlaw cx thing, it made sense for the organizers Resistance Racing to partner with local outfit Bike Jerks to make it happen. More on this emerging tracklocross thing in the next couple of weeks.
Also very cool is the fact that the Messfits, a San Francisco based punk band consisting of all bike messengers, is playing the awards party!
