We are hiring a Sales Manager

That's right, we're looking to swell our ranks with a new hire. If you have the requisite skills and experience, you should totally apply.


All-City is looking for a Global Sales Manager to take the brand to the proverbial next level.  Currently our domestic sales are on point, we partner with some of the best bike shops in the country, and our team is growing.  The person we hire needs to be excited and motivated about managing and growing that domestic business, stimulating international sales growth , planning, executing to plan, providing feedback during the product development cycle, and managing future hires in Sales & Customer Service.

They also need to fit with our team and culture.

Because we are a small team the Sales Manager is expected to wear many different hats and juggle multiple responsibilities. The team is made up of passionate opinionated people, and we need someone who can find peace in the chaos and hold their own.

You need to believe in the romance of steel, in the transcendence of a good skid, like to party, not be a jerk, when it comes to bikes you need to know what you like and be able to articulate why, be thoughtful in all communication, have a strong attention to detail, know when to ask for help, be able to work without handholding / be good at figuring it out, be decisive, compassionate, know what an alleycat is, know how to work on a bike, know what gear inches are, know how to change a track cog, be familiar with what’s going on in “urban cycling,” know when to hold em / know when to fold em, know when to walk away, know when to run.

You have to be someone that our bike shops will love, relate to, and be excited to work with. Our sales run on personal relationships, mutual trust, and the idea that you always work with a shop’s best interests at heart.

The Brand Sales Manager is expected to create, develop, execute and be accountable for global brand sales, sales plans and related results. The Brand Sales Manager ensures all sales efforts are in alignment with overall brand vision and specific sales, marketing, product initiatives and goals.

Job Qualifications:
• Collaboration – must always collaborate, share, co-create and develop sales goals, direction and planning with brand manager, brand product manager and brand marketing manager
• 4 years of sales management experience
• Ability to travel globally 8-10 weeks a year
• Business degree a plus
• People management and leadership background with experience coaching and developing others
• Strong written and oral communication skills
