Lazer Helmet Winter Mod

Recently my beloved Giro Atmos went down for the count.  After being held together by electrical tape for the last 6 months, the cold weather finally put the plastic retention system to death a couple of weeks back.  I replaced it with a Lazer Genesis, which so far is treating me very well, and does a good job of fitting snugly on my oddly shaped head.

One of the things about this helmet that made it attractive was the availability of aftermarket accessories such as different pad sets and a clear plastic shield designed for time trial use.  The other day I mounted the cover up, and I'm super stoked on it.  It is designed to block the vents to make the helmet more aero, which in the winter weather also serves to trap heat.
