Jeff’s Western Odyssey

I headed out to Colorado a week ahead of NACCC's to meet up with my good friend Josh Culbertson of Avery County Cycles to do some camping and mountain biking in the Fruita and Moab area. Obviously the love of track, cross, and road bikes runs deep, but I was brought up a mountain biker in the backwoods of Northern Wisconsin. It was my first love, and the opportunity to trod the holy ground of the mtb mecca that is Moab was way too alluring to pass up.

Plus this was the second year in a row that Josh and I were able to hit the road together, and their just is no substitute for heavy shreds with someone you love who you don't get to see very often.

Here are some pics that tell the tales.
