Adam Joins The Squad!

A few months ago, in the middle of Frostbike chaos, we were joined by Adam, our new Global Sales Manager.

We call him Global Sales Manager because he represents the entirety of our sales department... and we like giving ourselves important sounding job titles.

He’s originally from New York.  Or so he claims.  He also has a degree in photography (Historic Photographic Process… the most cancerous kind of photographic process in case you were wondering) which means he’s never in any pictures.

Adam joins us from the professional world of sales and marketing, bringing our Professional count up to five.

He brings our Track Nerd count up to an historic company record high of two.  Seriously, though, the guy vacations in Ghent for the Six Day race there.  NERD.

In his free time, he runs the volunteer maintenance effort at the NSC Velodrome and is a big reason that we can continue to ride up there.  It takes a ton of man hours scraping, chiseling, and painting the track in addition to maintaining the bike fleet to keep it going.  Adam does it because, hey, it’s just what he does.  And he seems to like threatening people for good causes.  True Blue.

He races track and road with Erin Young on the only local team that I feel comes close to rivaling the obnoxiousness of my Koochella team, Second Chance Racing presented by Zubaz.

It’s pretty cool that he wanted to come and work with a bunch of jokers like us.

Welcome, Adam!
