What I did with my Weekend

The weather here in the ol MPLS has been unusually spectacular for this time of year (low 80's) so I took advantage of actually being here for a whole weekend to get out and get rad.  Here is the visual evidence.

Friday Night

spent the evening dicking around in the workshop then around midnight I got the call that it was about to pop off so I put on some short shorts and busted over to Matty's for some S'mores (in the Midwest S'mores constitute "popping off").

Saturday

did an hour and a half drive up to Milaca to check out some MTB trails (fall is mountainbike season)

but the ride was shortlived as I caught a stick and broke my derailleur off

Safely back home, B. and I decided to head out and run some errands

first downtown

then up to North East

and then some refreshments

Sunday

was the Wirth cyclocross race, so me Don and Dirty decided to make a day of it.

We met up at Liquor Lyle's for some brunch

then down to Cedar Lake for a beer stop on the way to the race

we finally made it the race

as soon as we pulled up this dude asked if we wanted a margarita.  The answer to that question was "yes."

then immediately after Nate asked if we wanted a dog, another "yes."

we had arrived just in time for the start of the A race

but shortly after the start decided that we should adjourn to the woods for another beer sesh

back on the courrse, Hurl from Cars R Coffins was providing the play by play

While we over at All-City don't have the best looking models, we do happen to have the best looking kits in the game. If you want to look good this year and for year's to come, get to your shop and ask them to order up some. Our jerseys and bibs are made in the U.S.A. in partnership with local homies Twin Six.
