It's the first day back in the office after Thanksgiving break, and I've got to admit that I'm feeling pretty melancholy. Luckily I know just what to do, go for a ride (later), listen to Motorhead, and check out some builds.

This first bike isn't really a customer's bike as it was given to NYC (ex-Austin) messenger Chris L, as a gift from AC and Nico last year.
Here's what he had to say:
I'm racing every weekend on this thing with the King Kog CX team on top of working 5 days on the road and I gotta say I'm really loving it (even when I want to throw up while racing haha)!
We're always stoked to be able to help out a working courier, keep it up Chris.
And from the other side of the planet comes this spectacular Def Wish build from Kim in Finland.

This bike really warms my heart, because a lot of folks don't realize just how much potential for radness the Def Wish has. Don't like fixed freestyle? That's cool, how about an alley thrasher, monster fixed, or off-roader?
Variations on a theme for sure, but the point is that they're actually really fun and practical bikes for scooting around on and doing whatever it is that you do.

And that's it for today, we'll keep it short and sweet. Two beauties from opposite sides of the planet.
